Join us for an informational Transition Night for students of all ages who are supported by an Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
Learn about the supports and services that CVSD offers through our transition programs for students who are 18-21 years old. Hear from representatives from the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) about additional services that could support your student as they transition to adulthood.
